6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

8. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us at croomly@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

11. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
If you’ve made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will try to update it before the order is shipped. After the package is sent out, we cannot change the address.

Currently, Croomly is an online-only store, so you can only purchase our products through our website. This allows us to offer free worldwide shipping and give you the latest collections directly to your door!

We’re sorry if you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item! Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at croomly@outlook.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will either replace the item or offer you a full refund.
